Sehr gute Lage. Von hier aus ist man zu Fuß sehr schnell am Hafen und Innenstadt und man kann wunderschöne Fahrradtouren unternehmen.
Der Balkon könnte etwas größer sein. Im Schlafzimmer ist nur ein kleines Dachflächenfenster, so dass man nicht gut lüften kann.
