My stay at the Resort JUNGLEROOM Canggu was exceptional, largely due to the incredible service from the owner. While the pool was under maintenance due to heavy rain before my arrival, the owner offered a generous solution by letting me stay for an additional night, free of charge. This level of proactive care turned a minor inconvenience into a wonderful bonus.
The true highlight, however, was their support after I had checked out. I was in a panic thinking I had left my passport at the resort. The owner was not only incredibly prompt and responsive to my message but was also extremely helpful, allowing me to return to the property to search for it. Their kindness and willingness to go above and beyond, even after I was no longer a guest, truly blew me away.
This level of customer service is truly remarkable. I highly recommend Resort JUNGLEROOM Canggu to anyone looking for a place where the owner genuinely cares about their guests' experience.
