My family loved the proximity to Belmont and being in the middle of beach and bay. This property is loaded with all the beach goodies you need. We brought our own paddle boards, but the wagon, boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas already there for us made packing for this vacation much easier. House was cozy with everything needed to settle in and relax. The kitchen has pretty much everything needed to make meals.
The only part that is annoying is there is only one way in and if you are coming from pacific beach area like grocery store you have to pass the house and go to Belmont to turn around because the median doesn’t allow you to turn into where the garage is. But it is absolutely doable and worth it for the location and price.
