The house is truly amazing! The decoration is tasteful and modern, and the overall design creates a very welcoming and stylish atmosphere. It's a spacious and comfortable place that feels like home — perfect for relaxing and enjoying your stay.

The third room in the basement had some humidity, which caused an unpleasant smell. Also, the shower in the basement didn’t get very hot, which made it less comfortable to use.

The apartment has three issues that could easily be resolved. The first is that it is not prepared for the summer. It has neither air conditioning nor adequate fans—only two old fans, one of which stopped working on the very first night. We requested additional fans, but only one could be provided because they were sold out across Paris. When we asked about air conditioning, we were told that the hot weather only lasts for a few days each year, so they did not feel it was necessary to make any changes. While that may be true from a local perspective, for guests these few days represent their entire vacation. Not being able to return to the apartment after a day of sightseeing and relax in a cool, comfortable environment had a significant negative impact on our stay. The apartment was very hot and we slept covered in sweat, waking up frequently. We understand that air conditioning is not common in Parisian apartments, but the owners could consider installing modern, high-quality ceiling fans in all the rooms. That would make a substantial difference during periods of unusually hot weather. If you are going to be in the hospitality business you need to be extra comfortable. The second issue was the Wi-Fi. The signal only reaches the living room, and there is no internet access in the bedrooms. Because of this, my son ended up sleeping in the living room so he could stay connected. The third issue is that the apartment does not have a television. While this may not be essential for everyone, it is something future guests should be aware of, especially if they plan to spend time in the apartment during the evenings.
