Facilities are really nice, heated floors in bathroom and parts of kitchen, rooms were clean Kitchen was well-equipped for cooking

Property management not great: - Sends an unecessary number of emails/messages that borders on spam, makes it hard to keep track of information that's actually important - Inconvenient and unaccommodating booking confirmation requirement: sent me an email at ~11pm expecting me to fill out a security check within the next 8 hours with no prior warning. I didn't have my ID and was staying over at my partner's place, I explained this to them and said I could get it done in the morning as I was about to go to bed but they would not let me do that. I also suggested that my partner (who was going on the list of guests for the booking) could fill it out but that would not allow that either. It's a really strange requirement considering that it was sent at a time when people would typically go to bed with an 8 hour window or else your booking is cancelled.
