Staff were all lovely. The room was nice and modern but on the smaller side compared to the other places we stayed on our US trip. Great location within walking distance to all the bars and restaurants. we had drinks and food in the bar and cafe downstairs and it was all very nice. Ladybird taco down the street is so nice to try if you are there. Just round the corner from other bars and restaurants too which was nice.

Nicely decorated hotel lobby and rooms.
Front desk staff needs some customer service lessons. The white man with glasses helping the guest next to us sounded so wonderful and joyous and informative, the woman helping us was monotone and not informative at all. I was having to ask her questions regarding parking, deposit, check out, breakfast, ETC ETC. ma’am it’s your job to guide me through this process. And icing on the cake was finding out “our king room booking was an accidental overbook” so we were “upgraded” to a double bed room. Luckily at no additional charge, but seriously? I could have called me prior to the booking and explained this before hand rather than springing this on me at check in. Unprofessional. I’d like to get what I paid for a reserved rather than sleep separate from my husband due to the hotels booking mistake.
And one of the different women working the front desk at check out watched me stand at the desk waiting for her to finish up for about 5 minutes before a man walked up and she called him over and helped him immediately while I still stood there. Rude.
