Bardzo nam się podobał nowoczesny wystrój, przestronne wnętrza, czystość, położenie obiektu - blisko centrum Broumov i głównej drogi, a jednak trochę na uboczu. Położony przy małym strumyku, klimatycznie i przyjemnie. Bardzo wygodne łóżka, dobre rozmieszczenie sypialni, telewizor w każdym pokoju. Miejsce do zabawy dla dzieci w domu i na zewnątrz. Dodatkowe atuty to basen zewnętrzny, a także sauna i jakuzzi. Kuchnia ze zmywarką i dobrze wyposażona, do pełni szczęścia brakowało tylko piekarnika, ale może raz byśmy go użyli.
Brakowało nam pralki, miejsca w domu jest pod dostatkiem, a pralka byłaby bardzo pomocna i pozwala zabrać ze sobą mniej rzeczy w podróż. Ogólnie oceniam pobyt na 9.5 właśnie przez brak pralki.
