It was absolutely perfect! The place was spotless, warm, and incredibly comfortable — especially the bed, which was super cozy after long flights. Racquelle was a wonderful host, attentive and caring, making sure everything was just right throughout our stay

The property is centrally location on a quiet part of Capitol Hill. It was a great spot for rest and relaxation and the condo is well equipped.

Great location for us. The condo was very clean and well kept. Everything was very comfortable. The building was quiet. Didn't hear other residents, outside noises. Secure building in a safe, walkable neighborhood with park close by. 15-minute walk to a coffee shop. The host was great, gave clear instructions, and checked in with us throughout our stay. Would stay there again.

Incredibly communicative host, instructions for access were clear and easy to follow, the building is quiet and well-maintained, in an awesome location close to a wonderful park and many, many shops/restaurants/grocery stores, very cozy and modern apartment, toiletries for guest use, as well as laundry detergent and dryer sheets provided for laundry (in-unit and free!!!) use
No HEPA filtration for the smoky days, but host is planning to change that :)
