Location was beautiful, right on a river with dolphins regularly swimming past.
The noise from the nearby bridge does spoil the tranquility of the location.

It was a charming little boat, in a quiet marina. We loved sitting in the outdoor spaces, both on top of the boat and the deck on the front. There was plenty of room inside, and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. Everything was clean and cozy, and we found it to be a cheerful welcoming space.
The galley had the basics, with plenty of coffee pods, and there were lots of clean towels and other supplies. You could easily make/warm up a simple meal or breakfast with what's there.
Access to the Kennedy Space Center was easy, and there were good restaurants and stores nearby. We enjoyed dinner at the Dolphin Restaurant. We thought "watch dolphins from our bar" was just a marketing ploy, but our first night having drinks by the water we saw dolphins AND manatees go cruising by. So that was pretty cool. The food was good and not super expensive.
The reserved parking spaces didn't work so well. Someone was in our space when we first arrived, and every time we returned to the marina, so we never once parked in it. We always had to scramble for parking and park far from our dock. While the reserved spots are marked with cones, people ignore them and there seems to be no way to enforce the reservation.
It would be great if the fridge had a little freezer space for an ice tray, or if there was access to ice and a bucket somewhere on the premises. For now, if you want ice, bring a little cooler and pick it up on the way in. The galley would benefit from the addition of some proper wineglasses, however we donated some inexpensive ones we bought during our stay, so that should be covered if housekeeping leaves them there.

The houseboat was very cute, cozy, and nicely decorated.
The security lock was a bit tricky and had to play with it a bit. The inside was a little smaller than expected, but doable.

This was definitely a different experience that was so cute so intimate and just relaxing.
There was not much that I didn’t like it was great
