Not too sure if I will be visiting that same location or if I will be referring it it isn’t a great location. Looks nice

Near shopping centers

Room 425 smelled like stench once walking into room , pill had a slight black stain on it like if the pillow cover was not washed from the previous stay , carpet looked like it was not vacuumed. Paid for room in advance arrived at 11:00am charged an additional fee for checking in before 1:00pm don’t understand why I had to pay for an additional fee if the room was already available especially it being in the poor quality condition it was in.

Greater things come in smaller hotels.

Simple quite spacious rooms that has all my needs of a ref microwave inside the room and washer/dryer on the floor. Breakfast was great wth good options, pool depth was prrfect for my kids 3-5ft is ideal. Pool was good temp. Clean everywhere and staff were nice.

really have no dislikes. But if i had to put somwthng down for this survey's sake.. maybe they can add charging ports at pool area. Thats not even must have! At the very least dislike....

I would recommend this place if you are not looking for a bedroom suite.

The website is not accurate. I booked for a one bedroom suite and what they gave me was a king bed with sofa bed not a separate bedroom with sofa Bed. They do not have one in this location. My husband and I did not have a good night rest.

It was very clean which was top concern for us but very very clean very organized very sleek, everything was absolutely amazing would like to come stay here once again when the chance presents itself

It was very quiet could have some white noise in the background or soft music to distract , also I had paid through booking app already and they tried charging me more but I knew what I paid so they were able to waive it since I showed proof of payment it wasn’t an issue at all for me since I was very open with them they worked with me very well

Perfect for my trip

This hotel was a fantastic choice for my time in LA! The location was perfect for everything I needed to do, the service was truly wonderful, and I absolutely loved the room we stayed in. Highly recommend!

T.V. remote control didn't work. Even staff member said it was not designed very well. Couldn't choose a channel easily. My room was too far from the elevator.

Staff was very nice, rooms are very clean, I love the blackout curtains! I was able to sleep until late with out housekeepers making loud noises, pool was also lovely. Definitely recommend and I will definitely go back soon

A very restful stay. Nice place to de-stress. Nice sunsets by the pool.

Everything was great. Especially loved the fact that this hotel is BRAND NEW. The bed was comfortable, the lighting was so wonderfully adequate. A very comfortable and quiet place to stay. Beautiful room, lobby/sitting area, breakfast area are all so nice. Breakfast is adequate, perhaps adding salsa and cheese for the eggs would be great, the bacon could be a bit less greasy and a different brand, as it was small. Other than that it’s fine, they have many offerings for breakfast especially if you love carbs. The outdoor pool area is kept meticulously clean at all times. Everything inside and outside is very well maintained and clean. Daily Complimentary coffee and ice water all day is a plus. The staff is very kind, friendly and hard working. I really enjoyed my stay. Will book here again and have already recommended this hotel. I as well as a few guests I met here were all locals.

Not really a dislike but the exercise room could use a few more and different options for working out. It would be nice if breakfast ended later than 9:30am as travelers sometimes need extra sleep but don’t want to miss breakfast. Lastly….. reducing the room rates by about $20-30 would be a added attraction for guests, since there’s added city taxes applied at check in, and weekend/holiday rates can jump significantly.
