La situation géographique du bien dans la ville et les équipements.
Nous avons sans information préalable du propriétaire été pris entre deux travaux dans l'immeuble, un dans les étages et l'autre à coté, donnant un vis a vis direct et rapproché notamment de la fenêtre de la cuisine vers la salle de bain, gênant. Les travaux de copropriété sont prévenus à l'avance, l'information était donc connu. Dommage de ne pas avoir informé de la situation ou éviter de louer dans ces conditions. Bruits de 8h du matin à la fin d'aprés midi et vis à vis génant.
