Fair accomodation at a decent price
Price, location & outlook…plus very good central heating and plenty of hot water.
Could do with a spring clean, some cobwebs hanging from the ceilings and some dust on the floors…Broken shutter opener in the twin room & plastic seat in the living room…could only get a trickle from the hot water tap in the kitchen…plus lack of a kettle and no toaster.

Good sized property. Well managed. Good location. Missing some obvious basics.
Spacious compared to a lot of other properties available at 100m2. Location was good but we had a car - otherwise a bit of walking to the ski lifts and shops.
Some expected basics missing. No WiFi. No internet at all. No Netflix etc. TV too small (HDMI only). No cutting board. No toaster. No kettle. Coffee machine is Krups but no pods available at Carrefour. No tea towels. No dishwasher. Bathtub is unusable (could only fit a small child in it). Washing machine is too small (tiny).

Ottima posizione e casa comoda
La casa è accogliente e le sue dimensioni consentono di ospitare comodamente un gruppo numeroso perché gli spazi sono ben divisi. La posizione è ottima perché si trova in una zona residenziale a 10 minuti a piedi da tutto (dal centro di Bardo, dalle piste, dalla stazione). Ci siamo trovati complessivamente bene
Dovrebbe essere migliorata la pulizia della casa, in quanto numerosi angoli presentavano polvere in modo visibile, abbiamo trovato i letti da fare/preparare (lenzuola pulite solo poggiate piegate sui materassi) e potrebbe essere previsto qualche confort in più come utensili da cucina (come teglie da forno) o tovaglioli/rotolo scottex con più degli ultimi fogli rimanenti, lasciare a disposizione qualche cuscino in più, doppie spine o prolunghe per consentire di utilizzare comodamente le prese elettriche vicino ai letti, sistemare l'antenna della TV perché quasi tutti i canali si bloccano continuamente rendendo impossibile seguire i programmi e potrebbe essere molto utile l'installazione di un modem per il wifi. Si tratta di suggerimenti che rendono il soggiorno più confortevole!
