Sundale at Southport - Resort-style Panorama

It was clean and adequately equipped to stay comfortably for one month. The view from the Master bed room was very beautiful with the ocean while you can also enjoy the mountain side view with sunsets. You have basic kitchen appliances to cook a simple meal. Having a nice cafe on the lobby floor, short walk to the tram and a supermarket were really convenient. The property manager was a highlight of our stay here - they were really responsive and we felt it was a first class service with lots of hospitality. It is highly recommended if you want to stay at a convenient and less crowded location on the gold coast.

The key pickup and drop off place is 10min drive away - if you don’t have a car, it could be a bit of a burden.

The location of this property is fantastic. It’s away from surfers so nice and quiet but so close as the tram is a 2 min walk from the door. You have access to groceries and lots of food places. It has a pools, gym and sauna which are great and easy to use.

The property manager looking after this property is hopeless. You have to pick up the keys to property from a different location which is a 10min drive, 18 min walk but is not accessible via tram or bus, this is not advised when booking. They will inform you this only 1 hour before you are allowed into property. We had a few dirty dishes, dirty floor when we arrived that I notified about and this message was skipped over. He also didn’t inform us of how to access the other services that come with the property for over 24 hours after arrival after 3 messages about it. The biggest issue was that the front door had an issue and it didn’t lock from the first day. For 5 days we had an unsecured apartment, he didn’t get back to me about it unless I messaged. It was never resolved during our stay, we had to pay to have our items stored away at the hotel each day which was never compensated for or solution offered.
