You cannot beat this location. This is a residential area. We had an amazing view. The beach was private. There were times that I was the ONLY person in the ocean. No one was blocking anyone’s view. Plenty of space for beach tents and umbrella set ups. Everyone minds their own business.
The condo could have been cleaner. Dishes had been previously put away dirty. Suspicious odor coming from all the cabinets. I would say keeping mold under control is a full time job living the humid conditions. I was very sensitive to it. I came home with acute sinusitis.
