Wygodne mieszkanko kilka kroków od wałbrzyskiego rynku. W kamienicy spokojnie. Jest wszystko, czego potrzeba na kilka dni (choć przydałby się jakiś ostry nóż w kuchni). W zimne dni czuć chłodek od podłogi, ale da się przeżyć używając dostępnego ogrzewania. Sypialnia nie jest całkowicie odseparowana (ścianka działowa nie sięga sufitu). Mieszkanie jest parterowe, a widok z okna na parkujące auta może nie jest idealny, ale lokalizacja rekompensuje wszystko.

Brak telewizora w opisie telewizor płaski , pajęczyna na ścianach i suficie, zimno w pokoju -brak możliwości podgrzania , w pościeli włosy innych lokatorów, klatka schodowa z czasów PRL - masakra
