Basic but cheap accommodation in an amazing location - quiet but less than 5 minutes walk to the main ‘strips’ of Hoi An
The AC was terrible - we booked 2 rooms and this was the case for both

Great location. Really friendly staff.
Duvet could have been cleaner; lots of stains. There were many ants on the ground and crawling up the bed frame. Hot water was hit and miss.
