Good value for money if you only need the basic necessities. Location is in a quiet area with all the amenities around the corner. Comfortable bed, working A/C and a small cute kitchenette. No issue with the shower either.
Yes, you can hear people going out and about the hallway. It's only a room, don't expect a 5 star hotel experience.

Nice little apartment, clean and quiet. Nice that it had a fridge and microwave etc. wasn’t sure I was in the right place at first but the security guard was helpful.

Close to many restaurants and the main road. Laundry facilities down stairs. The apartment was clean all in all.
The water from the shower, bathroom and kitchen sink was brown, so I didn’t feel comfortable showering or using the water throughout my stay. That really dampened my stay and I wouldn’t return. I know it’s cheap but water is a basic necessity and should be clean!
