L'originalità dell'angolo cucina all'aperto e la gentilezza del proprietario.
La casita è un prefabbricato in legno, affossato nel cortile retrostante di una casa di due piani che fanno si che dalle finestre del primo e secondo piano si veda l'interno della camera da letto. Camera piccolissima con letto a muro su un lato e materasso terribile. Per la collocazione, scarsa aerazione degli spazi interni.
