Πολύ κοντα στο κέντρο... Πολύ προσεγμένο το διαμέρισμα.. Ο κύριος Νίκος εξαιρετικος και κατατοπιστικος και το διαμέρισμα ειχε τα πάντα!!!! Θα ξανάεμενα αν ειχε ασφαλή κουφώματα και πόρτα άνετα !!!!
Τα κουφώματα και η τζαμαρια ειναι παλιά και επειδή είναι υπερυψωμένο ισόγειο δεν αισθάνθηκα ασφαλης!

Θα ήθελα να αναφέρω αρχικά ότι ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν ευγενεστατος. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πάρα πολύ ωραίο, φιλόξενο και κυρίως καθαρό. Επίσης, ευχάριστη έκπληξη ήταν, το γεγονός ότι το δωμάτιο ήταν εξοπλισμένο με τα απαραίτητα για την προετοιμασία πρωινού.

Location near the center and to the park. Space was also sufficient and it was clean.
The property is on an elevated ground floor with little noise insulation from the road and the main entry of the building . Probably it was not always a house. We should have thought about it as there were no photos of the exterior of the apartment .
