Die Lage der Ferienwohnung war ganz gut

Die Sauberkeit der Ferienwohnung war unzureichend, da sich in allen Räumen viel Staub befand. Die Wohnung war bei Ankunft stark ausgekühlt, da die Heizungen ausgeschaltet waren, was dazu führte, dass nach der ersten Nacht alle Gäste Schnupfen und Husten bekamen. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung war sehr minimal gehalten und eignete sich im Grunde nur zum Übernachten. Küchenutensilien waren kaum oder gar nicht vorhanden. Zudem war der Parkplatz mit Schnee und Eis bedeckt, sodass zunächst selbst geräumt werden musste.

Die Lage ist ok, wenn nicht gerade zwei Baustellen vor dem Gebäude für Lärm sorgen

Konversation mit der Verwaltung ist mehr als schlecht, nur Mail oder WhatsApp Nachrichten. Reaktion auf Beschwerden wird nicht eingegangen, oder mit Pauschalaussagen beantwortet. Dafür viel Werbung über Restaurants die nicht gerade um die Ecke stehen und Preisklassen der anderen Art. Bei uns waren 2 Baustellen zu beklagen die um 6 Uhr morgens bis teilweise 19 Uhr abends gingen. Zur Lage sollte man wissen das die Wohnung in der dritten Etage sich befindet, das steht nirgends bei Booking. Auch nicht das eine Kurtaxe extra fällig ist.

Unser Sohn hat auf der Couch geschlafen, er meinte es wäre durchgelegen und hatte danach leider Rückenschmerzen. Unser Bett war ok. Rolladengurtaufwicklung im Wohnzimmer defekt.
