Ideally located 1600 sq ft, mountain apartment close to mountain biking, skiing, hiking, and other mountain activities! Space has 11 ft ceilings with lots of outdoor light. Fully stocked kitchen, private washer/dryer, luxurious master bedroom with king bed and blackout shades, and large ensuite bathroom with heated floors. Smaller bedroom sleeps up to two (one twin bed and one blow up mattress if needed), large living room with entertainment center, board games, and ping pong table!

Ride/hike directly from the house to Park City's famous single track or take a 10-15 minute drive to Canyons Resort or Park City Mountain Resort for summer biking or winter skiing. What’s more- Woodward is right across the interstate (under 5 minute drive). Also, in the winter, when snow conditions permit, you can walk to the Jeremy Ranch cross country skiing course (pass required for use) from the house! There's also walking distance access to the new 910 Cattle Ranch Easement, which provides many miles of hiking/biking/snowshoeing opportunities.

Please be aware that this listing is a basement apartment, which means you may hear some footsteps overhead from my family. We do our best to be as quiet as possible when guests are downstairs so they can enjoy the peace and quiet of this spectacular neighborhood. Finally, there are security cameras on the exterior of the building only.
