Overall, this is a great option for us. The negatives: Our room has mold on the wall, smells a bit like someone smoked in there and the floor boards were not all connected. The pool was beautiful but it had a tarp on so we couldn’t get in.
The positives: The room had a panoramic view of the mountains. They provided plenty of bottled water each day. The staff was warm and welcoming. They helped us planned our trip, got tickets, etc. They gave us rides to and from the middle gate (south east gate) of the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park which was extremely convenient. They also provided a one way ride either from or to the hotel. They provided free laundry service. (We had a long trip and had loads of laundry.) Their breakfast was great and had a great variety of western and Asian choices. We noticed they specially made soup noodles for customers based on different dietary restrictions.
We would stay here again. The customer service was just top notched.

Lucky and Rebee were both very helpful through our stay, recommending places to go and helping us with the best routes round the scene if areas. The hotel came with a driver to shuttle to and from the nearby scenic area which was a great help and made eveything very easy, the view was great and the rooms very comfortable and quite.
