Building Access: To enter the building and your unit, all guests must download the Grata App on your mobile device. We recommend doing this before you arrive to make your check-in process quick and easy!
Pool: Our pool is open seasonally from May to November. Please note that pool hours may vary, and we kindly ask you to respect our pool rules for everyone`s safety and enjoyment.
Pool Schedule:
Weekdays (Mon–Fri): 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Sunday: 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM

Your unit will be peaceful and unaffected. We`ve already adjusted the rate to reflect this — it`s lower than our usual summer pricing. We`re sharing this in advance because your experience matters to us, and we`d truly hate for something like this to impact your stay or lead to a less-than-great review. The property had several issues:1) Our tv was out of service a whole day of our 4 day trip. Also, the blinds in our room were broken and destroyed the main part of our trip, the view. Had no idea that there would also be a 24 per day parking fee.Also, should have adjustments for overall charges as it was not commensurate to what was expected!
