The front door leads into an entrance hallway with an open-plan living/dining room located on one side and the kitchen on the other.



The bedrooms and bathrooms are located further along the hallway.



The open-plan living space is furnished with a large and comfortable L-shaped sofa as well as TV and entertainment unit and dining table seating guests. Large sliding doors lead out to a terrace that overlooks the attractive Terramar Parc.



The fully-equipped kitchen offers an oven & hob, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge/freezer and coffee maker.



There is a small dining area with a table seating 4 guests and a conveniently located utility room with washing machine for guest use.



The bedrooms are all modern, bright and spacious with large sliding doors that flood the rooms with light.



The hotel style bathrooms are also of a good size.The 2 terraces are ideal for enjoying alfresco dining or simply relaxing in the sun.
