About this house rental
Cocoonr/Book&pay offers this charming 250 m² house with private swimming pool for rent in Carnac, which can accommodate up to 8 guests. It has a lovely 60 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 4,500 m² garden surrounded by forest. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor
- A 60 m² living room with sofas, TV, fireplace (wood not supplied) and steps to the dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, filter coffee machine and Nespresso capsule coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room with WC
- Separate WC
First floor
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×200) with a small sofa
- Bedroom 4: double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, table tennis table and swings.
Outside:
- A private swimming pool measuring 9mx4m and heated to 28°C from the beginning of May to the end of October, equipped with an electric safety shutter.
- A lovely 4,500 m² private enclosed garden
- Two terraces (one of 40 m² and a second of 20 m²) with furniture to make the most of the fine weather
The house is ideally located in the forest, a haven of peace with no onlookers and the sound of birdsong. The town of Carnac is 3 km away and the nearest beaches 5 km. You'll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Beaches: Take advantage of the magnificent fine sandy beaches nearby, ideal for swimming, picnics and water sports.
