Weather: In the winter, there will be snow, ice, and occasional snowstorms. We recommend driving a vehicle with AWD or 4WD. Please drive with caution and be prepared with regards to the ability of your vehicle to drive in the snow.
Power & Internet: This is a rural part of the country. You may lose power or internet during inclement weather. We do not issue refunds for loss of power or internet out of our control.
AC availability is seasonal and depending on weather (late spring and summer). Heating is also seasonal, and depending on weather, available during the cold seasons (autumn-winter).
Pets: We're happy to welcome your pup to the home. There’s a $150 fee + tax for the first dog and $50 + tax for each additional one. If you’re planning to bring more than one, please reach out to us before completing your booking so we can get everything set up for you. For everyone's comfort, we kindly ask that dogs stay leashed outdoors and that you clean up after them. Please note that cats aren't permitted due to allergy concerns. Any pet-related damages may result in additional charges.

Our family with 2 parents and 5 teens enjoyed staying at this property for a quick 2 night getaway after Christmas. The property was accurately described and had comfortable and clean accommodations. We enjoyed the hot tub which was hot and clean. The cover doesn't have a lift so it does take some strength to remove and replace it after use. Property management company was responsive to a concern about snow on the deck getting to the hot tub and helping reset a breaker that was tripped due to a heater. Excellent communication!The house was nice and warm. The heat is an older style steam radiator that can be a little noise but didn't interfere with enjoying the property once we figured out the source of the sound. Plenty of hot water for showers.Beds were super comfy! Great mud room for coats and shoes so we didn't track snow and dirt into the house. Boot dryer was a nice bonus! Short walk (10 mins) into Ludlow center for restaurants. Really nice to have that in easy walking distance!
