Modern living in the woods! Gorgeous, newly remodeled two-story home with a contemporary monochrome design. Located in a quiet family friendly neighborhood. The living room features ample room for entertaining and family gatherings. Conveniently located just a short walk to the Big Bear Oktoberfest and the Lake. Just minutes away from ski resorts, hiking trails, restaurants, shopping, and much more. Enjoy all that Big Bear has to offer and start making memories with your family and friends.
LIVING SPACE - Comfy 1,900+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, beautiful brick wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath. Master bedroom has a king bed, fireplace, seating area, and half bath. Second bedroom has a double bed. Third bedroom has 2 twin beds and a daybed with trundle. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Wood countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove/oven, double door refrigerator with ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.
AMENITIES - NEW Game room in garage with TV, bar area, darts, foosball table, and multigame table including pool table, air hockey, and ping pong. Smart TVs and streaming apps along with fast Wi-Fi, board games, and card games. Keep yourself warm by the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry room with side-by-side washer/dryer.
OUTDOORS - Fully fenced back yard with a NEW hot tub and horseshoes. Nice patio area with string lights, firepit, and seating to enjoy a nice campfire. Enjoy the back deck with gas barbecue and plenty of outdoor furniture.

Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund. No parties, loud music, or events allowed.
Pet fee $75 per pet (1 dog only)

Highly recommend Dream Moon for anyone with teenage or older kids and dog. Huge fenced backyard, large patio with fire pit area and jakuzzi tub.
Basement games room and bar. Very cozy and homely feel.
Definitely return.
