it was a good deal. a little pricy

it has a very good location, near the subway , train station and bus stops. very clean.

no separate bags for the trash , they only had one for everything so we needed to provide to separate the plastic, bottles etc. it has no Bidet in the toilet.

Bad customer support!

The location was perfect for what my family was looking for.

3 of the 5 nights we stayed in this property we had power outages (only in the flat, the building still had power). As I use a CPAP to sleep, this created discomfort throughout my stay, damaging the rest of the holiday. There was minimal support from the host, even though we informed them every morning of the situation. The contact number they provided was out of service and it was only possible to communicate through the Booking.com platform, which makes communication slower and inefficient.

Peccato non si possa dare 0. Siamo arrivati davanti all'appartamento e non siamo riusciti ad entrare poichè il lucchetto era ricoperto di colla e non si riusciva ad inserire i codici. La struttura, dopo vari solleciti e dopo averci fatto perdere moltissimo tempo, ci ha riferito che non era colpa loro. Non siamo MAI entrati nell'appartamento e abbiamo dovuto prenotare in un'altra struttura. È stata un'esperienza terribile e uno SCAM! State attenti!

Locatie ok, rustic’s buurt

De “slaapbank” was van onmenselijke kwaliteit. Het appartement is voor 2 personen, niet voor 4. We hebben zware rugpijn ervaren door de slaapbank. Huis was niet schoon bij aankomst, hebben 4 uur moeten wachten op schoonmaak.

- Es gab keine Klimaanlage - Ablage fuer die Kleidung war sehr klein - Sehr kleines Waschbaecken une Dusche waren offen im Schlafzimmer - Die Toalete war ohne Abluft und ventilation - Es gab keine Waschmaschiene und keine Geschierschpuelmaschiene - Der Kuehlschrank war unsauber und es kam ein unangenehmer Geruch aus ihm - Schlafsofa im Wohnbereich war kaum fuer eine Person grossgenug - Nicht geignet fuer4 Personen - Tur kaum abschliessbar, Tuergriff kaput

Le quartier est bien et plutôt tranquille, pas loin des métros 13 et 14 donc accès assez rapide au centre de Paris. Il convient largement pour un court séjour mais il ne faut pas être trop nombreux. L'appartement est très propre, rien à dire de ce côté.

Il manque des stores, peut être inconfortable pour les personnes étant facilement réveillées par la lumière. Idem pour l'isolation, on entend tout ce qu'il se passe chez les voisins, il faut avoir un sommeil profond dans ce cas. La douche dans la chambre n'est pas idéale lorsqu'on voyage entre amis. Il manquerait un miroir également, un seul miroir pour 3 personnes est vraiment limite.

El apartamento está bien comunicado, barrio tranquilo y agradable, los dueños son de fácil comunicación, el sofá cama es bastante incómodo (para dos adultos imposible ), la electricidad da un poco de yuyu (los cables) y el baño está en la habitación … la ducha no es muy cómoda…. Pero ahun así estuvimos bastante bien.
