Great amenities, and the front desk staff were very welcoming and attentive. The place was very comfortable, and the layout and beds were great for a family of four.

We arrived straight from the airport transfer to check in with a 10-month-old baby, our other child, and my wife. At that point, the property guard told me they couldn't give us the apartment because it had been under renovation and wasn't ready yet. I immediately contacted Vanessa from HOUSY, who confirmed the same thing. It's honestly unacceptable that we weren't notified in advance. After several minutes of uncertainty, we were offered another apartment about 4 km away, in a more remote area outside of Poblado — well located with services nearby, but not what we'd booked. My main issue wasn't the alternative itself, but the complete lack of advance notice. Showing up to a surprise like that with young children is not a good experience. In the end, Vanessa managed to place us in an apartment that met our expectations and actually had even better amenities in the building — but this whole situation could easily have been avoided with earlier communication.
