Host was excellent!! Very responsive and accommodating. Gracious. Location is walkable, kitchen was well equipped. It was clean, well prepared. They even have coffee beans and a coffee grinder!! Spices in the cupboard!! Linens were high end and the beds were very comfortable. The price per night is good value, compared to other similar properties however the fees and taxes minimize that value substantially. That being said, it seems that booking.com is the issue as they do not prepare you for an almost double the nightly rate! The balcony opens to view a bit of open space. See the fabulous kitchen ware for us to make a charcuterie board!!
Nothing really but if I have to complain: the amenities are in a separate building - really not worth paying attention to!!!

The property was extremely clean and so roomy. It fit our family perfectly. The owners were so nice and accommodating and that helped make our weekend awesome.
