Tambisan Resort

Ontzettend vriendelijk Filipijnse vrouw en mooie locatie en erg rustige omgeving, eerste keer op deze locatie maar ga hier echt weer heen.

Yvette and her teambisan are great hosts. The breakfast is good and the help with the motorbikes is great. The location is perfect because it’s in the outskirts of the noisy San Juan but still very close. The gardens are beautiful and the rooms are spacious and clean. We spent five nights and were very happy with our vacation there

Comfortable beds. We were provided robes to wear & given basket souvenirs.

We were charged for beach towels and other miscellaneous items. We had no idea until we checked out that they charged us for 3 beach towel rental @ 180 pesos each, bottled water when their filtered water tank was not working & an extra egg and sausage that my guest wasn’t certain she ordered extra of. My surprise bill at checkout 840 pesos which the owner just stared at me when I made my complaints. A simple sign in the room about beach towel rental or mention of this when we received the towels would have been better received. The towels had dark brown spots on them and bleach spots but the owner “promised” they might be stained but they are clean. If I have to pay for a beach towel rental, the owner could do a much better job! Also, there were many things broken. 1. Kitchen sink faucet leaked & handle came off at times. 2. The door to our unit, #9 is a sliding door that is not very secure. We struggled with the key & locking it. We even had to get help from the security guard who had to wake up the housekeeping manager to get a better key. Security guard locked the door from the outside then handed me the key through the window @ 1am!
