Dzīvoklis bija gaumīgi iekārtots, tīrs, tam bija balkons. Atrašanās vieta ir laba.
Tas noteikti nav piemērots diviem cilvēkiem, kuri nav pāris. Ja mazāko istabu izmanto kā guļamistabu, tajā burtiski ir vieta tikai gultai - nav pat kur nolikt koferi, jo skapja apakšējā plauktā stāv putekļsūcējs. Virtuve bija ļoti maza, un faktiski tā bija apvienota ar priekšnamu. Vienā telpā atradās āra apavi, cimdi, mēteļi u.c. un plīts, ledusskapis un viss pārējais.

A modern, bright apartment in a good location, but with two unfortunate flaws...
1. The small bedroom is much too small -- and, unlike the rest of the apartment, was very cold. 2. There is a bad smell in the bathroom. (Other guests have noted this.)
