Удобное расположение в тихом районе. Хорошо расположен кондиционер в зале, охлаждал сразу три комнаты ночью. Удобная парковка, рядом Шок - супермаркет.
Несмотря на то, что апартаментам примерно 2-3 года, но их состояние можно описать как требующее ремонта. Было бы хорошо заменить постельные принадлежности на новые, особенно покрывала. Вымыть - продизенфицировать посудомоечную и стиральную машины. Решить вопрос с плесенью, мухами и мошками в ванной.
