I really enjoyed the location and the overall space of the apartment. Out of all the places I have stayed at in Indy this is my #1. I ended up booking it for two seperate stays. Highly recomended for solo travelers.
The parking garage makes me a little uneasy. The outer door was not operational, so it is left open to non-residents. I would not leave anything vaulable in your car.

Almost everything.
I suggest to improve the second bed. Maybe a pull-out sofa would work better that the other you have. Besides, I suggest check in at 3:00pm and check out at 11:00am The rest was perfect.

The location and free parking are both excellent!
1- The internet was out continuously during my stay. This was a big problem for me. 2- The parking garage was not secured, as the exit/entrance door was up continuously. Big security concern, as anyone from the street could access all the cars, vagrants could sleep there. Another serious issue. 3- carpeting in hallways is worn and unsightly.
