The villa was perfect for our 7-night stay over New Year’s. The location was ideal — close to everything we needed in Canggu but still quiet and private. The villa had everything we could ask for, including a great pool, a full kitchen, and a really nice outdoor area that we used a lot. It was cleaned daily, always felt fresh, and the air conditioning worked amazingly well. Beds were comfortable and everything was well maintained. Overall, it was super easy and relaxing to stay here.
The roosters next door but that comes with booking in a residential area.

Gute Lage, sehr schön eingerichtet, viel Platz. Super nettes Personal. Toller Pool, der auch recht tief ist.

I was a little hesitant to book here because there was no ratings yet but I was really happy with the outcome. The location is AMAZING. So close to everything only a 10-15 min walk to berawa beach and all the nice restaurants on the way. The pool is nice and warm and the bedrooms are new are modern. The property manager is very responsive on WhatsApp and super lovely.
Some bean bags around the pool would be nice but we happily laid on the grass to tan. There’s construction going on across the road which is stated on the booking page but we hardly noticed it which was great. The bedroom behind the lounge room can get a little stuffy on hot days but quickly airs out with the doors open.
