The Space:

Remodeled, tastefully furnished lower-level space in true Portland fashion, this space boasts a unique charm, with many of the original features and woodwork from its century-old structure still intact.

The living room is cozy and relaxed. Those rainy days are perfect for cuddling up and watching movies on the 55" LED flat-screen TV.



If you feel like eating in, there's a kitchen with appliances and a small dining table in the living area - not to mention grocery stores just a few blocks away.



After spending the day walking, shopping, and eating, you'll love coming home to the super comfy queen-size beds in each of the bedrooms. Two bedrooms total.

The listing is a lower level finished basement part of a duplex. About seven steps lead down to the entrance; there is no step-free alternative.

When rented simultaneously there may be other guests occupying the listing upstairs. And with this, upstairs noise may be audible.



Located directly on the vibrant SE Division corridor, this spot puts you right in the middle of the action, steps away from Portland's restaurants. Given the bustling street location, guests sensitive to noise should be prepared for the lively sounds of the city
