Rip off

It's functional. There are the basic things you need to get by.

Context: I stayed for a month for a course at Ecole Philippe Gaulier. It cost a lot to stay here. 1. The renter tried to scam me out of a couple hundred euros. He claimed it was for a city/tourist tax and when I checked it didnt add up. I asked him politely and he evaded answering. So I asked booking.com customer support and they told me I was right and all taxes were included in the initial (already overpriced) pay. 2. The whole place is a soulless Airbnb with suspicious and uncomfortable furniture. The toilet smells weird all the time. 3. The bed is uncomfortable and inexplicably in a mezzanine with a too low roof, meaning that up there the air is thick and it's hard to sleep, especially as someone taller than 1.50m. 4. The WiFi kept cutting out. 5. There are no lightshades so the light is ugly and uncomfortable. If youre desperate for a place to stay, it will do. But fundamentally, as soon as I realised the owner was trying to rip me off, knowing that he would get a lot of international students that wouldn't know better. Should be removed from this platform.

Rien n'était complètement sale, tout sentait mauvais, rien n'était en bon état.

Notre expérience a été désastreuse. L'adresse est dangereuse; La porte d'entrée est entièrement ouverte. J'attendais une livraison et, lorsque nous avons ouvert la porte, deux hommes noirs armés de couteaux ont fait irruption, nous avons agressés et nous avons volés. Les voisins affirment que plusieurs autres personnes ont vécu la même chose, que nous ne sommes pas les premiers. Pour couronner le tout, j'ai contacté les propriétaires pour obtenir un remboursement partiel des frais de réservation, mais ils m'ont tout simplement ignoré. Je vous laisse la preuve que nous sommes allés à la police pour porter plainte.

A fuir !

L'appartement est bien situé, il dispose d'une cour où on peut stationner facilement

Arrivée prévue à 17h. Nous arrivons à 17h25 et nous n'avons toujours pas l'emplacement exact de l'appartement ni le code de la boîte à clé. Le propriétaire ne répond ni aux sms, ni au téléphone. Il enverra les informations à 18h. L'appartement est conforme à la description mais dans un état de saleté à faire peur. Il y a des toiles d'araignée partout, des ampoules électriques font office d'éclairage, sans abat-jour et le volet ne s'ouvre pas. Juste une casserole et une poêle sont disponibles pour cuisiner mais dans un état déplorable. Je ne parle pas du four. Il n'est même pas envisageable d'y faire réchauffer une pizza ou autre plat tellement il est sale. Seuls le micro-ondes et le frigo semblent propres. Quant aux ustensiles de cuisine, ils sont réduits au stricte minimum. Quelques couverts et c'est tout. Dans le cabinet de toilette, des traces d'excréments sur le mur. 2 petites serviettes qui semblent propres et un drap de bain taché que nous n'utiliserons pas. Le lit semble propre mais difficile d'accès. Ce n'est pas une surprise, je le savais. Conclusion : payer 138€ pour un tel logement est grandement abusé (et encore il est possible qu'on me réclame 20€ supplémentaires pour des frais annexes) Je tiens des photos pour justifier les propos mais je conseille à booking de retirer cette location de son site au plus vite. Vacanciers qui envisagez de louer ce logement : FUYEZ !
