Location, pool and apartment were nice for the two of us. Communication was okay for the most part except regarding request for second key - see my other comment.

Only supplied one key. Requested a second key multiple times but it was not supplied and no explanation of why. As we were both travelling somewhat independently, this made it considerably more difficult for each of us to do our own thing as we needed to coordinate access back into the apartment. This was more than a little disappointing. Especially without an explanation why. I expect that this is because the host only has 2 resident keys and needs to keep one as a backup. Perhaps we missed it but this should be highlighted when making a booking as most hotels, motels etc. provide guests with two keys for a room. We also only found out on our last night that we had access to a resident lounge area on an upper floor. Again, I don't remember this being documented anywhere. Perhaps because residents do not want short term rental people accessing this area.
