Sijainti keskeinen mutta rauhallinen. Ladut ja kauppa aivan vieressä. Hyvä keittiö ja mitta-astioitakin löytyi. Selkeästi merkityt katkaisimet ja painikkeet. Hyvä ohjeistus ylipäätään. Sängyissä uni maittoi.Autokatos pelasti rapsutukset monena aamuna. Koiraystävällinen huoneisto aina plussaa.
Kosteat tilat alkavat kaivata remonttia. Edullisimmillaan suihkun kahvan voisi vaihtaa. Mikro-uuni yhdistelmä vaikka tilaa säästävä onkin, saattaa joskus uunia käytettäessä sammua itsekseen vaikka aikaa on jäljellä.Keittiön kaapissa tarpeettoman paljon kuivatavaraa. Suihkussa pesuainepulloja myöskin liikaa.

Siisti huoneisto erinomaisella sijainnilla. Kauppa melkein vieressä ja ladulle pääsee käytännössä takapihalta. Nopea netti.
