Tenía lo necesario y buena ubicación, cerca de la playa Perea y varios mercados, restaurantes etc

Le falta algo de mantenimiento (las manillas de las puertas flojas) y las camas no eran muy cómodas

It is close to the beach, have a lot of shops nearby and a realy nice restaurant cross the street. Doesn’t have a parking spot but u can park everywhere nearby. It’s quite clean, has 3 air conditioners. The pictures are real, the rooms are not very big and the sofa in the living room is not so comfy but overall it’s ok. The best value for the price u can get in peraia.

The sofa in the living room, and the closet from the smaller bedroom is broken. But is not that bad, u can live with that, considering the price.

The location is very near the beach. To be able to find free parking spot was a big deal for us since we are traveling with car. Host is super friendly and helpful. The place was clean, with two separate bedrooms, working mosqito nets, functional kitchen with all the needed cutlery. The internet was desent, smart tv in the living room, confortable terrase great for a family lunch/diner. Big fridge with a lot of space for food and drinks. All in one - everything you need for a relaxed vacation. We can highly recommend to everyone.
