It envelops the central square where shops, bars and restaurants keep pace with the daily life of the resort.It offers a wide variety of accommodation, ranging from 4 to 10 people, with sometimes mountain or resolutely modern amenities, all with a balcony or terrace. You will certainly enjoy its superb heated outdoor pool, open in season only, summer and winter, as well as its sauna cabins and fitness room. Accommodation: This charming renovated studio of 35m2 is located on the central Place des Orres 1800 in the building "Les Eglantines" of the residence of Hauts de Préclaux, close to commerce and entertainment.Facing south-east and offering a balcony with direct views of the slopes, you can enjoy your meals in the sun.It consists of an entrance with storage leading to the night corner, the bathroom with bathtub and separate toilets, a large living room with TV, sofa bed and equipped kitchen, and a balcony with garden furniture and view on the slopes, all in a cosy and mountain atmosphere.For sleeping, you will find at your disposal a 2 seater convertible sofa in the living room, a bunk bed with a double bed in 140x190cm below and a single bed in 80x190cm above, for a capacity of 5 people.Guests will have free access to the heated outdoor pool, the residence's sauna and the fitness area (open during the summer and winter seasons), as well as a private underground parking space and a private ski box for winter.
