Sand & Sea Cozy 2 bedroom condo with AC and WiFi in charming Luquillo Beach!

The balcony beach view was a highlight of the condo. I spent many relaxing moments on that balcony soaking in the Caribbean vibe. The location was perfect for us, the unit was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The host was helpful and answered our question quickly. I recommend this rental.

Secure 2nd floor apartment with a great view just across the street from a beach where we saw tropical fish while snorkeling just feet from shore. Extremely well-stocked kitchen and bathroom. We especially appreciated all the soft towels and the beach chairs. There are also snorkels,masks, fins, boogie boards - everything for the beach. Nice art work in the apartment too. Also appreciated that the apartment is fully air conditioned. It is super close to many stores and restaurants, including some great breakfast spots, a supermarket, and other beaches. It was just my son and me. The space can accommodate 4 although the bathroom might be a bit tight for 4 people sharing it. We had a bit of trouble finding it as our car rental was so delayed at the airport that we arrived after dark. The entire street has parking gate after gate that all look the same. But Xiomara's instructions were very detailed and she immediately came over to meet us when I texted her. She is a very responsive host.

The apartment is beautiful and comfortable. It is well stocked with easy access to local activities and has a gorgeous view of the beach! We had a wonderful time and I highly recommend the property and this host. Xiomara is very helpful and attentive, but not intrusive. This is our 3rd stay with Xiomara and we hope to be back next year!
