Direct Booking Review November 2024: This house was perfect for our 6 couples. Each couple had their own bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom. The kitchen was very well stocked with anything you could possibly need! Pier42 associates were very responsive and helpful before and during our stay! We will return!
Direct Booking Review October 2024: This house was amazingly beautiful and accommodating to multiple families and it has an elevator. This large home had plenty of kitchen space and seating for large family gatherings. The location is not far from everything. Last, the Pier 42 property manager was friendly and welcoming!

Our cleaning fee includes both the cost of professional cleaning upon departure and the following items:
White, fresh linens for each bed, made up prior to your arrival.
A fluffy, white bath towel for each potential guest, as well as two washcloths.
A hand towel for each bathroom sink.
A bathmat for each shower/tub.
Kitchen towels are supplied.
Amenities kits including eco-friendly products: dish soap, dish detergent, dish sponge, laundry detergent, shampoos, conditioners, body and hand soaps.
A roll of paper towels for the kitchen.
Bath tissue for each bathroom.
Mandatory damage waiver, taxes, and processing fee are also included in your total.
Note* Please know that amenities items are not necessarily meant to be supplied for the entire length of your stay, but helpful products in case you forget or run out!
Age Requirement: Guests under 25 must receive pre-approval.
Smoke-Free Environment: All Pier 42 Properties are smoke-free zones.

In the event that you cancel your reservation within sixty (60) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 60 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Pier 42 Realty & Vacation Rentals. 12 men had a wonderful time staying in the Blue Diamond. Communication, with the host about the rental was good. The home was clean, everything worked, and the view was spectacular. I highly recommend this home for a beach trip. Easy to find, close to restaurants, fresh seafood market and intra-coastal waterway boat launch.

We loved the home’s location but the lack of cleanliness upon arrival after waiting a hour past check in was disappointing. There were folks in our group that even felt the bed linens may not have been changed between guests. Suggestion: Clocks in bedrooms & one in main living areas as well as more serving bowls & storage containers.
