1. By booking a reservation you agree to sign our Rental Agreement within 24 hours and to all of the terms and conditions listed in your rental agreement.
2. Renter must be at least 25 years of age to reserve.
3. NO PETS are allowed unless specifically pre-authorized.
4. NO SMOKING permitted inside the property.
5. NO EVENTS such as weddings, bachelor or bachelorette parties will be permitted over the occupancy unless they are specifically pre-authorized and an event fee is paid.
6. OCCUPANCY: The total number of persons allowed at any time is restricted to the contracted number of guests for each reservation. Renter must disclose the number of persons in his/her group as well as the name of every member of his/her group.
7. Quiet time is 10pm-7am. Excessive noise at any time, disorderly conduct, nudity and disrespectful treatment of security guards is not allowed at any time. Fines of up to $3000 may be issued without warning. Guests are fully responsible for paying these fines.
8. 7 night minimum for 12/25 and 1/1, if taking both holidays a 14 night minimum is required.
9. High School/College spring break groups not permitted without approval (additional deposit required).
