The Space:

Our spacious two bedroom apartment features inviting living areas, fully-equipped kitchens, and bathrooms complete with toiletries.



We are pleased to offer the convenience of parking in the building's secure garage (subject to availability). Parking fees are charged per vehicle and vary according to the length of stay.

Guests will have full access to the apartment throughout their stay. Please note that amenities are available at the property's discretion. We are unable to process refunds if an amenity is closed during your stay.

Located in the historic Lockerbie Square district, this downtown spot offers charming cobblestone streets, 19th-century architecture, and easy access to cultural landmarks like the Athenæum. You're just a short walk from Mass Ave’s vibrant mix of restaurants, bars, and boutiques.

Lucas Oil Stadium - 0.5 miles

Old National Centre - 0.6 miles

Phoenix Theatre - 0.7 miles

Saint Mary's Catholic Church - 0.6 miles



Other Things to Note:

Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

ESA (Emotional Support Animal): A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences.



To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.

- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.



Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old.



No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.



Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.



Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.



Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.

Overall we truly enjoyed stay. We around about a hour before check in and were able to make contact and check in early. That was a big plus. The apartment was clean and as described in the listing. Although in the middle of downtown Indy and not really a necessity, having free wifi is also an added benefit. Having access to a parking garage is an added bonus when staying downtown. There are two opportunities for improvement from our stay. Number 1 being how cumbersome it is to keep up with 4 different codes to access parking, access the building, utilize the elevator and get into the room with the last code not working the entire stay (luckily a key was left behind for us to use). The second being the size of the bath towels which are only slightly larger than than the floor mat for in front of the shower. It was very difficult to get dried off after showering. In the future I would bring my own bath towels.
