Built in 2012, Le Perchoir offers you a beautiful panoramic view of the valley with a 60 m2 south-facing terrace. PGJyPg Our 100m² timber-framed house benefits from natural solar energy for heating and a wood-burning stove for cozy evenings by the fire. PGJyPg It's a very pleasant and welcoming house. A large, bright living room with a very well-equipped kitchen; 3 bedrooms with very good bedding; 1 bedroom with a 160cm bed; 1 bedroom with a 160cm bed or 2 80cm beds; 1 bedroom with 2 single beds that can be converted into a 160cm bed; A bathroom with a sink, shower, and bathtub. The view of the village of Pruines is beautiful, and the light changes throughout the day, culminating in the magnificent colors of sunset.
