The price includes the amenities offered by the building, which include: a viewing terrace on the 27th floor and a swimming pool complex, which includes: a swimming pool, jacuzzi, dry and steam sauna, paddling pool, deckchairs. Additional services (for a fee) located in the building include: gym, massage parlor, medical area, beauty salon and hairdresser.
