One Eighty° Marino also boasts a 25m heated infinity edge pool overlooking the ocean. One Eighty° Marino is only a short distance to Adelaie CBD, Glenelg and McLaren Vale. What makes One Eighty° Marino SA’s most luxurious holiday retreat. The Master bedroom is beyond lavish, occupying the entire 1st floor creating a magical retreat with incredible One Eighty° coastal views from the stunning stone bathtub and the king size bed. Not to mention the huge walk-in wardrobe, home office and lounge, its truly magical.
Our 25m heated infinity edge pool is phenomenal, it really is an incredible experience swimming to the pools edge overlooking the ocean at sunset. The pool & spa are heated but please note the temperature varies depending on the time of year & weather conditions leading to your stay. We would love to hear from you, please ask about the pool and facilities.
Ground floor is an incredible space with a dream kitchen, lounge and dining all focused on the spectacular One Eighty° coastal views. Ground floor also has is spacious laundry, walk in pantry, stunning bathroom, grand piano with a view, outdoor dining with BBQ and wood fire pizza oven.
All floors can be accessible via lift. Hydronic heating keeps you cozy during the winter months.
Lower ground floor accommodates 4 more spacious bedrooms all with built in robes, 2 family bathrooms, cinema and another home office. Each bedroom has sliding doors leading to the beach from private access gate.
Guest house is a truly magical space with 2 spacious bedrooms, lounge, bathroom, kitchenette and balcony with incredible views of the pool and ocean. This would suit larger families or multiple families.
The Gym is directly below the guest house by the 25m pool and is huge. The gym has a private bathroom, tv and games for the kids.
Gardens are just wonderful, there is dining to the rear, natural gas BBQ and wood fire pizza oven. There is also a very large lawn area for kids to enjoy. The property has private access to the beach. We have SUP you can use during your stay.
Garage is big enough for 2 cars with plenty of street parking available.
