Apartment 01 in Villa Luise has been lovingly renovated with attention to detail, featuring a maritime flair and a keen eye for stylish elegance. It is located on the first floor of the building, is accessible via a separate entrance, and offers a wonderful retreat for two people across 42 square meters. Your pet is also a welcome guest.
You enter this home via the apartment’s own southwest-facing terrace. First, you’ll be greeted by the light-filled loggia in the entryway, featuring a round dining table and comfortable armchairs. From there, you’ll move into the living area with its open kitchen. Despite the compact space, this area is designed for pure coziness. Thanks to the electric fireplace, you can spend time together enjoying a romantic fire or watching an exciting movie on the TV. Use your own TV stick to access various streaming services. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can prepare your favorite meals. In addition to a stove with an oven and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, you’ll of course have access to other kitchen appliances, such as a dishwasher, coffee maker, espresso machine, toaster, and electric kettle.
The bedroom is located in the adjoining room. The spacious box-spring bed (sleeping area 1.60 m x 2.00 m) ensures a restful night’s sleep. You’ll also find a closet here for your vacation wardrobe.
