*STAYING PAST THE CHECKOUT TIME OF 11AM WILL RESULT IN $250 FEE
*NO parties and NO events
*NO shoes inside.
**GARBAGE- During your stay, you’ll temporarily be living in the house, and with that comes a few household responsibilities. One of these is putting out the bins on the designated garbage or recycling day if it falls within your stay. There will be a fee of $250 if the bins are not moved on time. We appreciate your help in maintaining the home!

Check-in was really easy. We just keyed in the code and walked into the house. The kitchen also was very nice. It was set up really good and it had lots of pots and pans and even like sugar and salt and pepper stuff that you wouldn’t think that they might have.

The space was exactly what we needed on this trip - a place for us to retreat and relax. It had enough space for our whole large family, as well as a lovely little yard for outdoor relaxing.The host was quick to answer questions, and when there was an issue with the stove they were able to come within the hour and had it fixed for us.We would definitely stay here again.The only downside was the noise of construction going on around us.
